She gave me information about the Drive Safe and Save app, how to keep driving safe and it would give my daughter a discount. I've been with this insurance company for over 20 years. "I was a longtime customer but the level of service has severely declined over the last 5 years. I love Lauren but her office staff do not respond, are rude and do not handle tasks in a timely manner. I recently moved states, changed agencies and canceled my policy but I am still receiving notices that I haven’t paid my monthly premium and just received paperwork for a policy that was previously added back in April (it’s now July). IMO State Farm is not the best option anymore."
